OBSERVATION:
This Psalm ensures us of God’s protection and gives us a level of confidence in our faith. It does not mean that bad things will not come our way because they do but God does not wish these bad things to happen, He loves us and offers us his protection. Part of the freedom from fear is the steadfastness of our faith, in placing our faith totally in our maker, the one we love and the one who loves us. Do not fear, He will lift us up and He will be with us, no matter the pain we might have to bear.
APPLICATION:
We should always have confidence in our Father, our maker and our protector because He loves us and we must honor Him by being faithful and fearless in our faith and love for Him. Enjoy the certainty of His faithfulness to us. He is there when we need Him.
