(O) Our lives are full of trials of the spirit and many times our problems seem overwhelming. This Palm speaks to this. We can become despondent, helpless, hopeless. What do we do?
(A) We seek the Lord. We ask for His counsel and help. We seek refuge and protection in Him. He lifts our burden and comforts us and it is as simple as going to Him in prayer. He wants to have a relationship with us and we should not neglect Him. We should not turn from Him but turn to Him.
(P) Heavenly Father, sooth my fears and anxiety, wash away my sin and wrap your love around me. I seek you and desire the strength you give me to overcome adversity. In Jesus’ name, Amen
